  4. Click on follow-ups.
  5. The page will be open to fill in the follow-up details.
  6. In this section, you have to fill in the date and time when the customer tells him to call back with the comments. 

When you fill in all the details on the follow-ups section this information shows in the dashboard. 

Now whenever you log in ePakBook Software you see all the pending follow-ups on the dashboard.
